3. User data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the data you enter, invoice numbering choices, tax classifications, HSN/SAC codes, customer notices, statutory filings, backups, and review of every document before issue or submission. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Acceptable use
You must not probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, bypass access controls, submit malware, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate tax, privacy, consumer-protection, or other applicable law. We may suspend access to protect users, the service, or an investigation.
5. Plans, promotions, and payment
Prices, taxes, invoice limits, promotional periods, and plan features are shown at the point of purchase or in the application. Promotional access is subject to the stated conditions and may be withdrawn for fraud or misuse. Amounts due must be paid when required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
